A leading B2B wholesaler operating across 100+ physical locations in Germany partnered with us at Nuefunnel to modernize its customer engagement strategy. Serving millions of customers - from restaurants to local retailers - the client was looking to unify its fragmented outreach ecosystem and build a scalable, AI-powered messaging channel centered on WhatsApp.

  4. Salesforce Assistant
    Sales reps received tools to quickly onboard customers via WhatsApp and even demonstrate how to use the channel during visits. This bridged the digital divide for many B2B clients.

  5. Last-Minute Promo Engine
    Perhaps the most innovative module: we built a last-minute sales flow for near-expiry or perishable stock. Store managers could simply send a photo or video of a product via WhatsApp - and our AI system would:

    • Extract product name, expiry date, and quantity

    • Automatically craft a time-sensitive deal

    • Send it instantly to relevant customer segments (like nearby restaurants)

This created a real-time "Flash Sale" capability, reducing waste and driving same-day pickups - especially valuable in the food and beverage sector.
